Instruction of making an appointment with us

No matter you are in the California, other states, or outside the U.S., you are very welcome to contact us. According to your conditions, there are three ways to make an appointment with us:

1. Clinic Visit:

Please click Clinics or Contact to find out our locations and phone nnumbers. And then you can choose to make an appointment by phone, fax, Email, or walk-in. The fastest way is to call us directly.

2. Home Visit:

To provide convenience for patients who have difficulty getting off bed or far away from us, we have home visit service. Based on the distance and required visit time, we collect fees differently. Please contact us by phone, fax, and email.

3.Distance Diagnosis:

To provide more options for long distance patients, we also do long distance diagnosis. Please click Distance Consultation, download and fill out the form, attach the required information, and fax or email back to us. We will analyse individual's condition and give treatment plans. After individual's agreement, we mail the medicine.
