If you or your family member are cancer patients or have other difficult diseases; and you are far away from San Francisco or not convenient to visit our clinical offices, you can still get diagnosis through Internet. We will submit your information to Dr. Jeffrey Mah , and he will be in charge of your case.

1. Download and fill out Web registration form and mail it back to 2304 S. El Camino Real, San Mateo, CA 94403

2. Attach the information/medical history that required in the registration form

3. Diagnosis and treatment evaluation are free.
